PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Dear Sharanas,

I am extremely honoured to have been elected as president of the VSUK family. This is a huge privilege, but also a very big responsibility, which I can only hope to fulfil. For those who don’t know me, I live in Coventry and work as a consultant ophthalmic surgeon in the NHS.

First of all, I would like to thank people who are stepping down from their roles in the previous committee ;Smt. Sumangala Jagadeesh (previous acting president), Smt. Sharon Pooja Nagaraj (previous president) and the exiting executive members (Smt. Vijaya Kotur ex-president and Smt. Shantala Sachin) for their hard work and dedication.

We had a successful handover from the previous committee on 24th October 2024. May I introduce the newly elected VSUK executive office and committee members:
